What is "Patch Partnership" ?
We have realised that in order to provide our clients with a software product that is technologically and functionally superior, we need to provide a Maintenance and Support program that is in line with the industry.
By joining our Support and Maintenance program (Patch Partner) you will be entitled to free access to the new features in MOCCA and be ensured preferential treatment should you require operational support for your MOCCA installation.
On joining us as a PP (Patch Partner) you will immediately receive a Patch Partner certificate to certify that you qualify as a PP for the relevant period.

What benefits do I receive from the Maintenance Program?
For the duration of your membership to the Maintenance Program -
- You will receive the highest priority on all custom development and/or support.
- Customer specific development is charged at a discounted rate of R350 per hour (normal rates R500). General functionality improvements are provided free, as part of the Support & Maintenance program.
- Your current system will be upgraded to the latest patch immediately (at no additional charge) after you have joined the PP Program by ScanTrack on-site (initial visit free of charge).
- All following patches, service packs and software upgrades are available free of charge and can be downloaded from our website.
- Free telephonic product support.
What happens if I decide not to partake in the Maintenance Program?
- Any Development that needs to be done will be charged at R500 per hour.
- Clients on the Maintenance Program receive higher priority for development and/or support – which can result in your support call having a longer turn-around time.
- The ability to perform custom development on the ‘old’ version you are running is limited as we do not support older source code versions, which might result in increased support & development time.
- Your current version of SPOSS / MOCCA will become outdated as Canteen Management trends change with new and innovative ways to manage canteens are introduced.
- In order for us to protect clients that have loyally paid maintenance in order to keep on developing the product, we will have to insist that a client pays all arrear maintenance fees due for the period since the last maintenance ended in order to rejoin the program.
- Access to future modules of MOCCA will require membership of the PP program.
